Payment of the Registration Fee, referring to the annual mandatory insurance, in the amount of €10;

Payment of the 1st monthly fee or package of sessions required.

Operating Rules
-
Payment of monthly fees must be made by the 5th of each month;
-
Students will not be allowed access to classes when payment of monthly fees is more than 15 days late;
-
If the student starts the activity after the 15th of each month, they pay 50% of the monthly fee;

Any payment made will not be refunded;

Necessary equipment: swimming cap, swimming goggles and isothermal/neoprene suit;

Mandatory equipment: signaling buoy

Accident insurance is only valid during the time established for the class/session, in this case, students who enter before or remain in the water after class time will not be covered by the insurance.

Parents or tutors must be responsible for their minor students before and after classes. They should remain on the beach until classes end, whenever possible;

All training packs and evaluation sessions are valid for 6 months from the moment of purchase;
-
Individual classes/sessions are scheduled based on availability between student and teacher;
-
In duo packages, that is, individual packages with two people, the second person pays only 50% of the session price;
-
The student is responsible for their equipment and personal property. At any time swim4fun is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged equipment.

Payment of the registration fee of €10, relating to accident insurance, is valid for 1 year and will be charged again after this period.
General Provisions - Absences, cancellations, refunds, compensations

Whenever the student is absent, regardless of the number of absences, the monthly fee is paid in full. In case of prolonged illness (absence for 30 or more days), and with the aim of keeping the registration valid, payment will be canceled as long as the student expresses the impossibility of attendance, up to 5 working days after the absence, by presenting a a medical certificate or declaration, indicating the expected date of return;

One class replacement per month will be allowed, within another group of the same level.

Cancellation of monthly plans must be done by the 15th of the current month.

In case of student withdrawal, even if justified and even if classes were not attended, it is mandatory to pay the monthly fees due from the date of registration until the date on which they withdraw in writing;

Failure to pay 2 monthly fees in arrears will result in withdrawal from the class;
-
Any student who withdraws may resume attending classes if there is space available at the desired time.

If the student misses classes, they will not be made up or refunded;
-
All classes/sessions last approximately 60 or 90 minutes depending on the class purchased;
-
The swimming location is defined by your teacher and may differ from class to class, taking into account meteorological and oceanographic conditions.

All classes are confirmed the day before, via WhatsApp;

Whenever safety conditions are not met for the class to take place, it may be canceled up to 1 hour before it starts and subsequently rescheduled or compensated. If the student is unable to attend the rescheduled class, they may make up for it in another class, as long as they belong to the same swimming level and there is a place available, until the end of that same month;

In individual training packages, cancellation is only accepted up to 24 hours before the class start time. In the absence of warning, it is counted;

In the absence of prior notice, if no student shows up within 15 minutes of the start of the class, it is counted;
-
On national holidays and festive dates, classes may be rescheduled according to the availability of teachers and students.

All students, with valid registrations, during class hours, are covered and included in Personal Accident Insurance.

Automatically guarantees a place in the class you are in at the current time, except in cases where there is no longer a class at the desired time;

All students who require a change of class must submit their request for change by email, which depends on the existence of a place in the desired class.
Omitted Cases
Omitted cases and doubts arising from the application of these General Conditions will be resolved by Management.
