
Discover the new concept of open water training where we will combine mobility, strength, resistance, swimming techniques outside the water, intensity in the water and of course, lots of fun!
The new SWOD concept - Swimming Workout of the Day - is an approximately 1-hour workout that combines exercises outside the water that will increase mobility, strengthen the muscles required for swimming, perfect swimming technique through specific exercises and improve capacity aerobic, with intensity training in water.
What is needed:
comfortable swimsuit or trisuit
isothermal suit (we will use it according to training and weather conditions) - it can be short, long, for surfing, triathlon, open water
cap
glasses
water
sunscreen
towel
good mood

Thursday - 7:30am - Duquesa Beach / Cascais
